The purchase of products and/or services offered through the Website implies the acceptance of the terms and conditions set forth in these General Terms of Service, so, before proceeding to accept them, please carefully read their content. If you do not accept these General Terms, the purchase of products/services will not be carried out, and consequently, it will not entail the assumption of any type of obligation or responsibility on the part of MATERIAL EDUCATIVO HENBEA S.L..

When placing an order through the Website, the Customer declares to be over 16 years of age and to have the legal capacity to contract the products on the Website.

To place an order, the Customer must follow each of the steps of the purchase procedure provided on the Website.

MATERIAL EDUCATIVO HENBEA S.L. reserves the right to modify the content and/or scope of the General Terms of Service at any time, without the need to communicate or notify it beforehand, so please carefully read its content as it is the responsibility of the Customer to review the General Terms of Service before purchasing any product from the Website.


To initiate the purchase process of the products on the Website, the Customer must register in the section of the Website "Register." In subsequent purchase processes, if the Customer has registered, it will only be necessary to provide their email address and password in the "Login" section. The price of the products will be the one indicated in the currency specified next to each product on the Website.

The sales prices indicated on our website are as follows:

If the Customer resides in the European Union, the prices include the applicable taxes at all times (VAT) and product/service.
If the Customer resides outside the European Union, the prices do not include VAT. However, any local taxes and/or import and/or local customs fees will be borne by the Customer when the shipment reaches its destination if applicable.
MATERIAL EDUCATIVO HENBEA S.L. reserves the right to make, at any time and without prior notice, the modifications it deems appropriate, being able to frequently update the products or prices. The price applicable to the purchase request made by the Customer will be the one stated at the time of accepting the General Terms of Service.

The Customer may pay for the products using any of the payment methods indicated below:

• Card payment: The Customer must include the number of their debit/credit card (Visa, Visa Electron, and Mastercard), as well as any additional information required in the purchase procedure. The charge will be made once it is accepted by the Customer's financial institution because, otherwise, the purchase cannot be made.

• Payment through PAYPAL: it will be necessary for the Customer to have a PayPal account to use this payment method.

Once the purchase process is completed, an electronic confirmation will be generated, attaching a copy of the General Terms of Service, which the Customer can print and will be archived in the "My Account" section.

MATERIAL EDUCATIVO HENBEA S.L. does not have access to or store sensitive data related to the payment method used by the Customer. Only the corresponding payment processing entity has access to this data for payment and collection management purposes.

MATERIAL EDUCATIVO HENBEA S.L. has implemented a program to detect possible fraudulent transactions and reserves the right to request information, confirmations, and/or additional documents from the Customer, even after having made one or more purchases through the Website, by telephone call or email, in order to confirm that the Customer has indeed made and authorized said purchase and/or that the delivery or return thereof has been carried out correctly, thus definitively authorizing the respective transaction.

MATERIAL EDUCATIVO HENBEA S.L. may make various identity verification checks by telephone, or may request: (a) a confirmation and written authorization signed by the Customer responsible for the respective purchase; and (b) a copy of the Customer's valid official identification with a photograph to confirm their identity. MATERIAL EDUCATIVO HENBEA S.L. undertakes to keep such information and documents with high security measures, in accordance with current regulations.

If the Customer does not respond favorably or does not provide MATERIAL EDUCATIVO HENBEA S.L. with the requested documentation and information within 48 hours from the call or sending of the email by MATERIAL EDUCATIVO HENBEA S.L., the transaction detailed in said communication and the respective purchase may be canceled, without the need for further notice or liability of MATERIAL EDUCATIVO HENBEA S.L., proceeding to refund the Customer the amount paid for said purchase.

This verification procedure is carried out for the security of the Customer and, therefore, by accepting these General Terms of Service, the Customer agrees to submit to the referred to detection procedure of possible fraudulent operations and authorizes MATERIAL EDUCATIVO HENBEA S.L. so that, once the Customer provides the referred additional information and documents, they can be used for future purchases by the same Customer.


Once MATERIAL EDUCATIVO HENBEA S.L. has verified that the purchase process has been completed correctly, it will proceed to deliver the products to the address indicated by the Customer in the purchase process, during normal business hours and within the deadlines provided on the Website.

In the event that, upon opening the packages with the products, the Customer sees that the services are not as desired or cannot be performed for any justified reason, they must notify MATERIAL EDUCATIVO HENBEA S.L. in writing within five (5) natural days from the purchase, so that MATERIAL EDUCATIVO HENBEA S.L. can proceed accordingly.

All purchase orders for products are subject to their availability. In case of unavailability of the contracted product, MATERIAL EDUCATIVO HENBEA S.L. will inform the Customer and may offer them a service with similar characteristics of equal or superior quality. However, alternatively, the Customer may cancel their purchase request and recover the amount paid within a maximum period of thirty (30) days.


You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 calendar days without giving any reason.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must notify us of your name, your complete address and, if you have them, your telephone number and your email address, your decision to withdraw from the contract through an unequivocal statement by email. You may use the withdrawal form model.

In case of withdrawal on your part, we will refund all payments received from you, including delivery costs (with the exception of additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us) without undue delay and, in any case, no later than 14 calendar days from the date on which we are informed of your decision to withdraw from this contract. We will proceed to make said refund using the same means of payment used by you for the initial transaction unless you have expressly provided otherwise; in any case, you will not incur any expenses as a result of the refund. We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods, or until you have submitted proof of return of the goods, depending on which condition is met first.

Without undue delay and, in any case, no later than within 14 calendar days from the date on which you communicate your decision to withdraw from the contract, you must deliver or send the goods to the address indicated below. The deadline will be considered fulfilled if you return the goods before the period has expired. You will have to bear the direct cost of returning the goods, and you will only be responsible for the decrease in value of the goods resulting from handling other than that necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.


The Customer must contact MATERIAL EDUCATIVO HENBEA S.L., through the means indicated at the beginning of the General Terms of Service, to express their complaints and claims, committing MATERIAL EDUCATIVO HENBEA S.L. to attend to them as soon as possible and, in any case, within one month from when they are presented.

The General Terms of Service shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with Spanish law.

In the event of any conflict or discrepancy in the interpretation and/or application of the General Terms, the competent Courts shall be those determined by the applicable legislation on competent jurisdiction of consumers and users. The parties expressly submit, for any questions or divergences that may arise due to the interpretation, compliance, and execution of this contract, to the jurisdiction and competence of the Courts and Tribunals corresponding to the domicile of the buyer or to those of the place of performance of the contractual obligation.
